Challenge
Email campaigns lacked visual consistency and struggled to capture attention in crowded inboxes. The objective was to create a flexible design system that could support multiple campaign types while maintaining brand consistency.
Approach
I designed a modular email system that prioritized readability, responsiveness, and visual hierarchy. Key initiatives included:
designing responsive email templates optimized for mobile
and desktopcreating reusable content modules for different campaign types
improving typography and layout structure for better readability
integrating branded visual elements to strengthen recognition
Results
The new email design system improved the clarity and effectiveness of communications while making it easier for marketing teams to produce campaigns quickly. Impact included:

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is Canada’s largest mental health teaching hospital and one of the world’s leading research centres in its field. BGO's employee Resource Groups (ERGs), accessible to all employees across the globe, and the People & Talent Team, partnered with CAMH to host the Mental Health Awareness Month.
